Our story

Built by Logistics People, for Logistics People

Zybotech was founded in 2011 in Dubai, one of the world’s most important freight and logistics hubs, by a team with hands-on experience in freight forwarding, warehouse management, and logistics operations.

The founders had seen firsthand how much time, money, and business opportunity was lost when logistics companies tried to run complex multi-modal operations on software designed for other industries, or worse, on spreadsheets held together by institutional knowledge and manual workarounds.

They had seen what happened when a customs document was typed from scratch and contained a single error, how monthly accounting chaos emerged when operations and finance ran on different platforms, and how client relationships suffered when status enquiries had to be answered manually instead of through a proper system.

The founding vision was clear: build a single integrated platform that could manage the full logistics value chain on a modern cloud architecture that could scale with any logistics business.

Platform evolution

2012: First version launched with Freight Forwarding and Financials.

2014: CRM module added to complete the sales-to-operations workflow.

2016: WMS launched for forwarders adding warehouse operations.

2018: NVOCC module launched for container operators.

2020: TMS extended the platform to land transport.

2022: BI and AI-powered automation features expanded the platform into a logistics intelligence system.
